The HiTRAX-H is a highly rigid horizontal boring machine equipped with Ø130 boring spindle with a 700mm travel. The max. spindle speed is 2500rpm, which can provide a maximum torque output of 2901 Nm. The elevating platform with a large safety glass window is user friendly, which is supplied as standard, and enables the operator to stay at the ideal working position. There is a wide range of configurations on multiple axes and X-axis movement with a Twin-Drive system is composed of a preloaded rack and pinion system with 2 servo motors for “dynamic movement”. One is actually driving, while the other is braking to be “backlash free”. Also the moving column system provides the perfect coincidence of the reference plane between the column base slide way and column slide way due to the column weight, so it allows for “spindle vibration-free running”. Suitable solutions are offered for end users who require high flexibility and a wide variety of optional features and accessories,  such as different milling heads, head changing station, automatic tool change, floor or angle plates, auxiliary tables, rotary table, travelling rotary tables and many other special options thanks to its structure. The machine is ideal for roughing and finishing operations on all parts and can be installed in mould and die operations, aeronautic and power generation industries as well as for general shop jobs.
